Hearing the Legion order sound repeat endlessly gave me a headache.
There is a glitch where voices and music endlessly loop, but there is a fix called Indirect Sound to correct it. It is stable, but you can't minimize without using ctrl alt delete. I run my CD copy of Caesar 3 on my Windows 10 laptop.
